WASHINGTON, June 2 -- Patent and Trademark Office has issued a rule called: Partial Replacement of an Earlier National Registration or Registrations by an International Registration.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 2 by Coke Morgan Stewart, Acting Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Acting Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
