WASHINGTON, June 10 -- Patent and Trademark Office has issued a rule called: Discontinuation of the Accelerated Examination Program for Utility Applications.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 10 by Coke Morgan Stewart, Acting Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Acting Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
