WASHINGTON, Sept. 2 -- Office of the Secretary has issued a proposed rule called: Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs: Addition of Fentanyl to the Department of Transportation's Drug-Testing Panel; Harmonization With Certain Items in the HHS Mandatory Guidelines for Urine and Oral Fluid; and Technical Amendments.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 2 by Sean P. Duffy, Secretary of Transportation.
