WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement has issued a proposed rule called: North Dakota Reclamation Plan.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 18 by Marcelo Calle, Acting Regional Director, Unified Interior Regions 5, 7-11.
