OFFICE OF FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL ISSUES RULE: PUBLICATION OF IRANIAN TRANSACTIONS AND SANCTIONS REGULATIONS WEB GENERAL LICENSE

WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 -- Office of Foreign Assets Control has issued a rule called: Publication of Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations Web General License.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 1 by Bradley T. Smith, Director, Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Summary: The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing a general license (GL) issued in the Iranian sanctions program: GL R. This GL was previously made available on OFAC's website upon its issuance.
