OFFICE OF FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL ISSUES RULE: PUBLICATION OF AN IRAN-RELATED DETERMINATION.

WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 -- Office of Foreign Assets Control has issued a rule called: Publication of an Iran-Related Determination.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 1 by Bradley T. Smith, Director, Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Summary: The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing a sector determination pursuant to a January 10, 2020 Executive Order. The determination was previously issued on OFAC's website.
