WASHINGTON, June 12 -- Office of Federal Procurement Policy has issued a proposed rule called: Federal Acquisition Regulation: Protests of Orders Under Certain Multiple-Award Contracts.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 12 by William F. Clark, Director, Office of Government-wide Acquisition Policy, Office of Acquisition Policy, Office of Government-wide Policy.

Summary: OFPP, DoD, GSA, and NASA (collectively referred to as the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council, or FAR Council) are withdrawing the proposed rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) titled: Protests of Orders Under Certain Multiple-Award Contracts.
