The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 8 by David Keeling, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health.

Summary: OSHA is correcting several inadvertent errors in its Hazard Communication Standard (HCS). Most errors relate to the HCS final rule published in the Federal Registeron May 20, 2024.
