WASHINGTON, Aug. 20 -- Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Occupational Safety and Health Standards; Interpretation of the General Duty Clause: Limitation for Inherently Risky Professional Activities.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 20 by Amanda Laihow, Acting Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health.
