WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Occupational Exposure to COVID-19 in Healthcare Settings.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by Amanda Laihow, Acting Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health.

Summary: OSHA is proposing to remove OSHA's COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard and its associated recordkeeping and reporting provisions from the Code of Federal Regulations.
