WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Construction Illumination.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by Amanda Laihow, Acting Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health.

Summary: The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is proposing to rescind the construction illumination requirements, codified in 29 CFR 1926.26 and 1926.56.
