WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a notice called: TUV SUD America, Inc.: Application for Expansion of Recognition and Proposed Modification to the NRTL Program's List of Appropriate Test Standards.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 9 by Amanda Laihow, Acting Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health.
