OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: FM APPROVALS LLC: APPLICATION FOR EXPANSION OF RECOGNITION AND PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO THE NRTL PROGRAM'S LIST OF APPROPRIATE TEST STANDARDS

WASHINGTON, Feb. 10 -- Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a notice called: FM Approvals LLC: Application for Expansion of Recognition and Proposed Modification to the NRTL Program's List of Appropriate Test Standards.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 10 by Amanda Laihow, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health.

Summary: In this notice, OSHA announces the application of FM Approvals LLC for expansion of recognition as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) and presents the agency's preliminary finding to grant the application.
