WASHINGTON, Feb. 3 -- Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a notice called: Bay Area Compliance Laboratories: Application for Expansion of Recognition.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 3 by Amanda Laihow, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health.
Summary: In this notice, OSHA announces the application of Bay Area Compliance Laboratories for expansion of the scope of recognition as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) and presents the agency's preliminary finding to grant the application.
