WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a rule called: State of Connecticut: Discontinuance of Certain Commission Regulatory Authority Within the State; Notice of Agreement Between the NRC and the State of Connecticut.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 29 by Carrie Safford, Secretary of the Commission.
