WASHINGTON, Sept. 8 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a rule called: List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks: TN Americas LLC NUHOMS(R) EOS Dry Spent Fuel Storage System Certificate of Compliance No. 1042, Amendment No. 4.
