WASHINGTON, Dec. 8 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a proposed rule called: List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks: NAC International, Inc, NAC-UMS(R) Universal Storage System, Certificate of Compliance No. 1015, Renewed Amendment No. 10, and Revision 1 to Renewed Amendment Nos. 5 Through 9.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 8 by Michael King, Acting Executive Director for Operations.
