WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a proposed rule called: List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks: NAC International, Inc, MAGNASTOR(R) Storage System, Certificate of Compliance No. 1031, Amendment No. 15.
