WASHINGTON, March 6 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Draft Regulatory Issue Summary: Applicability of Requirements During the Movement of Radioactive Material Within a Temporary Jobsite.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 6 by Brian Benney, Acting Chief, Generic Communication and Operating Experience Branch, Division of Reactor Oversight, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
