WASHINGTON, Jan. 29 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC; Central Iowa Power Cooperative; Corn Belt Power Cooperative; Duane Arnold Energy Center; Consideration of Approval of Transfer of Licenses and Conforming Amendment.
