NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: INFORMATION COLLECTION: TRIBAL PARTICIPATION IN THE ADVANCE NOTIFICATION PROGRAM

WASHINGTON, March 31 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Information Collection: Tribal Participation in the Advance Notification Program.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 31 by Kristen Benney, Acting NRC Clearance Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Summary: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has recently submitted a request for renewal of an existing collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The information collection is entitled, "Tribal Participation in the Advance Notification Program."
