WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Information Collection: Safeguards on Nuclear Material, Implementation of US/IAEA Agreement.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 12 by Heather Dempsey, Acting NRC Clearance Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer.
Summary: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) invites public comment on the renewal of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for an existing collection of information. The information collection is entitled, "10 CFR part 75, "Safeguards on Nuclear Material, Implementation of US/IAEA Agreement"."
