NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: INFORMATION COLLECTION: NRC FORM 531, REQUEST FOR TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER

WASHINGTON, June 26 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Information Collection: NRC Form 531, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 26 by Kristen Benney, Acting NRC Clearance Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Summary: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has recently submitted a request for renewal of an existing collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The information collection is entitled, NRC Form 531, "Request for Taxpayer Identification Number."
