NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: INFORMATION COLLECTION: NRC FORM 396, CERTIFICATION OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION BY FACILITY LICENSEE

WASHINGTON, Dec. 23 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Information Collection: NRC Form 396, Certification of Medical Examination by Facility Licensee.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 23 by Heather Dempsey, Acting NRC Clearance Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Summary: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has recently submitted a request for renewal of an existing collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The information collection is entitled, NRC Form 396, "Certification of Medical Examination by Facility Licensee."
