WASHINGTON, June 6 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Information Collection: NRC Form 176, Security Acknowledgement and Termination.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 6 by Kristen Benney, Acting NRC Clearance Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer.
