NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: INFORMATION COLLECTION: EXEMPTIONS AND CONTINUED REGULATORY AUTHORITY IN AGREEMENT STATES AND IN OFFSHORE WATERS UNDER SECTION 274

WASHINGTON, July 2 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Information Collection: Exemptions and Continued Regulatory Authority in Agreement States and in Offshore Waters Under Section 274.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 2 by Kristen Benney, Acting NRC Clearance Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer.
