NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: INFORMATION COLLECTION: COOPERATION WITH STATES AT COMMERCIAL NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS AND OTHER NUCLEAR PRODUCTION AND UTILIZATION FACILITIES

WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Information Collection: Cooperation With States at Commercial Nuclear Power Plants and Other Nuclear Production and Utilization Facilities.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 25 by David Cullison, NRC Clearance Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Summary: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) invites public comment on the renewal of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for an existing collection of information.
