The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 3 by Michelle Sutherland, Acting Chief, Reactor Decommissioning Branch, Division of Decommissioning, Uranium Recovery, and Waste Programs, Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards.
