WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Global Laser Enrichment, LLC; Paducah Laser Enrichment Facility; Notice of Intent To Conduct Scoping Process and Prepare Environmental Impact Statement.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 5 by Robert Sun, Chief, Environmental Project Management, Branch 2, Division of Rulemaking, Environmental, and Financial Support, Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards.
