WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Accelerated Decommissioning Partners Crystal River, Unit 3, LLC; Crystal River Nuclear Power Station, Unit 3; Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact.
