In the matter of the Ontario Heritage Act R.S.O. 1990, Chapter O.18 and in the matter of the lands in the City of Burlington known municipally as 620 Brant St., PLAN 144 PT LOT15 RP 20R20600 PARTS 2,3,4, City of Burlington, Regional Municipality of Halton.
City of Burlington Council passed By-law No. 26-2024 on April 16, 2024, which designates the property known municipally as 620 Brant St., under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.O.18, as amended, as a property of cultural heritage value or interest.
