Ahead of today's Rules Committee consideration of a disapproval resolution, introduced by Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX), that the House is expected to vote on this week, Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) condemned the legislation, saying it was nothing short of administrative and fiscal sabotage of the District.
