WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 -- Natural Resources Conservation Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the St. Johns Watershed Project in Mississippi, New Madrid, and Scott Counties, Missouri.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 13 by Nathan Goodrich, Acting Missouri State Conservationist, Natural Resources Conservation Service.
