WASHINGTON, July 10 -- National Park Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Inventory Completion: Wickliffe Mounds State Historic Site, Kentucky State Parks, Wickliffe, KY.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 10 by Melanie O'Brien, Manager, National NAGPRA Program.
Summary: In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the Wickliffe Mounds State Historic Site, Kentucky State Parks, has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice.
