WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- National Park Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Inventory Completion: San Diego State University, San Diego, CA.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 18 by Melanie O'Brien, Manager, National NAGPRA Program.
Summary: In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), San Diego State University (SDSU) and the San Diego County Department of Public Works (DPW) have completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and have determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice.
