NATIONAL PARK SERVICE ISSUES NOTICE: NOTICE OF INVENTORY COMPLETION: SAM NOBLE OKLAHOMA MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY, UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA, NORMAN, OK

WASHINGTON, June 27 -- National Park Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Inventory Completion: Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History, University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 27 by Melanie O'Brien, Manager, National NAGPRA Program.

Summary: In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History (SNOMNH) has completed an inventory of associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice.
