NATIONAL PARK SERVICE ISSUES NOTICE: NOTICE OF INVENTORY COMPLETION: CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, SACRAMENTO, CA

WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- National Park Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Inventory Completion: California Department of Parks and Recreation, Sacramento, CA.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 5 by Melanie O'Brien, Manager, National NAGPRA Program.

Summary: In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the California Department of Parks and Recreation has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice.
