WASHINGTON, March 19 -- National Park Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Intended Repatriation: John James Audubon State Park of Kentucky State Parks, Henderson, KY.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 19 by Melanie O'Brien, Manager, National NAGPRA Program.

Summary: In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the John James Audubon State Park intends to repatriate a certain cultural item that meets the definition of an object of cultural patrimony and that has a cultural affiliation with the Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice.
