WASHINGTON, May 16 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Taking and Importing Marine Mammals; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center Fisheries Research.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 16 by Samuel D. Rauch, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
