WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Reef Fish Fishery of the Gulf of America; Red Grouper Catch Limits.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 6 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
Summary: NMFS issues this final temporary rule to promulgate emergency measures, due to recently discovered circumstances to mitigate harmful economic conditions to red grouper fishermen in the Gulf of America (Gulf).
