WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Pacific Halibut Fisheries of the West Coast; 2025 Catch Sharing Plan; Inseason Action.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 11 by Michael P. Ruccio, Acting Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
Summary: NMFS announces inseason action for the Pacific halibut recreational fishery in the International Pacific Halibut Commission's (IPHC) regulatory Area 2A.
