WASHINGTON, June 6 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Pacific Halibut Fisheries of the West Coast; 2025 Catch Sharing Plan; Inseason Action.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 6 by Kelly Denit, Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.

Summary: NMFS announces inseason action for the Pacific halibut recreational fishery in the International Pacific Halibut Commission's (IPHC) regulatory Area 2A. This action adds fishing dates (June 9, 10, 16, 17, and 30) in the Columbia River subarea.
