WASHINGTON, June 25 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fishery Management Plans of Puerto Rico, St. Croix, and St. Thomas and St. John; Amendment 3.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 25 by Samuel D. Rauch, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.

Summary: NMFS issues regulations to implement management measures described in Amendment 3 to the Fishery Management Plans (FMPs) for Puerto Rico, St. Croix, and St. Thomas and St. John (Amendment 3), as prepared by the Caribbean Fishery Management Council (Council).
