NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: FISHERY MANAGEMENT PLANS OF PUERTO RICO, ST. CROIX, AND ST. THOMAS AND ST. JOHN; AMENDMENT 3

WASHINGTON, June 25 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fishery Management Plans of Puerto Rico, St. Croix, and St. Thomas and St. John; Amendment 3.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 25 by Samuel D. Rauch, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
