WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Endangered and Threatened Species; Designation of Critical Habitat for Five Species of Threatened Indo-Pacific Corals; Correction.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 15 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
