WASHINGTON, March 31 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Comprehensive Fishery Management Plans for Puerto Rico, St. Croix, and St. Thomas and St. John; Correction.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 31 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
