WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: 2025 Red Snapper Private Angling Component Closure in Gulf Federal Waters Off Texas.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 3 by Samuel D. Rauch, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
