WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions; Fisheries Off West Coast States; Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan; Amendment 37; Stock Definitions.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 5 by Kelly Denit, Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
