WASHINGTON, March 5 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions; Fisheries Off West Coast States; Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan; Amendment 35; Notice of Availability.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 5 by Karen H. Abrams, Acting Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
