WASHINGTON, July 11 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife; 90-Day Finding on a Petition To Revise the Critical Habitat Designation for Southern California Steelhead.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 11 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
