WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Electronic Logbook Reporting in Commercial Fisheries of the Gulf of America and Atlantic.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 20 by Kelly Denit, Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
